A note about our Xiamen factory

In observance of a national holiday, our Xiamen factory will be closed from Oct. 1, 2018 through Oct. 7, 2018.

To ensure that your orders aren't affected, please note the conditions below:

For custom lanyards with standard colors* and/or attachments:

• Orders must be received and custom proofs approved by Sept. 21, 2018 (pertains to dye sublimation and woven-in lanyards only)

Due to an increase in volume, the silkscreen production cut-off time is September 13, 2018. Any orders entered after this date will not ship until after the holiday. 

*Standard Colors pertain to the following: ​Black, White, 200C, 5535C, 348C, 195C, 289C, 151C, 268C, 294C, 316C, 115C, 186C, 804C, Reflex BlueC, 211C, 292C, 802C, 282C, 321C, 877C, 187C, 1235C, 814C, 801C, 375C.

For custom lanyards with non-standard colors and/or attachments:

• Orders must be received by Sept. 10, 2018

Orders received after the above cut-off dates will not ship until after Oct. 15, 2018, unless you request that they are produced in our West Coast facility at domestic prices.

Please note that not all materials, print styles, and attachment options are available for production at the West Coast facility.
