Add safety breakaway for $0.18 (R); safety breakaway can be color matched to be the same color as the reel and lanyard. Add $0.17 (R) for second-side imprint. Add $0.09 (R) per additional imprint color for silkscreen and $0.11(R) per color for woven. PMS color match available for $66.67 (R); color match is not exact. Reel diameter of 1 1/4" x 1 11/16". Custom label Size of 1.00" x 13/16". Add multi-color label for $0.37 each (R); multi-color label setup charge of $50.67 (R). The SlimReel™ system is an innovative, new card-carrying accessory that's actually three products in one: a sleek custom badge reel, a custom lanyard or a lanyard/badge reel combination!
The SlimReel uses a unique snap clip design that allows the components to be separated or joined together with ease. Want a combo? Snap the lanyard and reel together. Want to use them individually? Pull apart the clip and you're ready to go!
Customize both the lanyard and the reel for additional branding. The reel can be customized with a dome or flat label, while the lanyard is perfect for adding a company name or logo.
The SlimReel end fitting has dimensions of 1.25" x 1.69" with a cord length of 28".

Special Warning for Breakaway Lanyards
Breakaway performance will vary and lanyards will not break away under all conditions. The male/female part pull force specification for round breakaways is 3-11 lbs under tested conditions per M-3-QA-0167. The male/female part pull force specification for flat breakaways is 4-10 lbs under test conditions per M-3-QA-0167. A full description of the M-3-QA-0167 test procedure can be provided upon request. Not recommend for use around moving objects or playgrounds.
